Reseller Terms & Conditions - Onerserv



1. Introduction

These Reseller Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Reseller") and Oner Hosting, a division of Onerserv (Pty) Ltd ("Provider"). By becoming a reseller of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Provider appoints the Reseller as a non-exclusive reseller of its domain name registration services. The Reseller is authorized to market and sell the Provider's services under the terms outlined herein.

The Reseller agrees to pay all applicable fees for the services as specified by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to modify its fees at any time with prior notice to the Reseller. Payments are due upon receipt of the Provider's invoice.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Reseller and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach by the Reseller.

7. Intellectual Property

The Reseller is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Provider's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the Provider's services. The Reseller agrees not to modify or misuse any of the Provider's intellectual property.

8. Confidentiality

The Reseller agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Provider, including customer data, pricing, and marketing strategies. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
